No Player Left Behind
To provide young people opportunities to enhance their sports skills and personal growth, while contributing to their community. Mission goals
No Player Left Behind (NPLB) is a Concepts4Charity program that was created to provide underprivileged young people an equal level playing field by providing opportunities to enhance sports skills and personal growth. In today’s society many athletes and athletic programs are at a distinct disadvantage in competition due to the lack of affordable programs, available funds and resources to properly educate, train and promote young athletes. It is the goal of NPLB to create free and affordable clinics, camps and resources that will allow proper training, education, competition and promotion of athletes.
While sports are a major part of NPLB programming, enhancing personal growth is a vital component to lifelong learning and is the driving force behind our organization. Far too often we hear the unfortunate news that an athlete has broken the law and has lost all of the privileges that comes with being an athlete such as a college scholarship or a professional contract. NPLB utilizes the phenomenal “pay it forward” theory by making it a requirement that our participants perform community service in exchange for free admission to our programs. While there are many obstacles that can prevent an individual or club team from performing community service NPLB works with numerous nonprofit organizations to create more opportunities for our athletes to give back to their community.
